Across 6 weeks we will work through 6 modules that bring together these elements to give you total confidence and clarity in your Brand Promise, Message and Aesthetic.

Step One
Your Brand Promise

By the end of Step 1 you will:

Understand why your brand is central to your business and the value and momentum it can create

Be absolutely clear on your brand superpower, why you exist and the value you will be known for

Understand what differentiates you and the territory you own in your competitive space

Week 1: Get Clear on Your Brand Goal, Purpose & Vision

What will you be known for? If you don’t know why you exist, how can you make confident decisions? And without a clear purpose, how can you trust and harness your brand intuition.

It’s time to crystallise your purpose and your vision to give you laser focus and momentum.

In week 1, we will set out what you want for your brand and what it is you do for others so you feel crystal clear about articulating your value.

Week 2: Competitive Atlas and Your Unique Position

Marketing 101 is to do a competitive analysis, look at their product and their pricing, how they show up on socials and get all FOMO about what they’re doing that you’re not. This is not that!

In week 2, we’ll uncover your unique space relative to the rest of the market so you can step into your own indelible brand territory and be uniquely you.

Step Two
Your Brand Message

By the end of Step 2 you will:

Be really clear on what motivates your audience both emotionally and practically

Feel fluent in your brand messages, and know how and when to use them

Have confidence in your tone of voice and what language to use to create a unique narrative

 

Week 3: Audience Motivation Mapping

How can you create a connection with your perfect people if you don’t know what really matters to them  or what makes them tick. You don’t need to know what flavour of ice cream they like or if they’re a scruncher or a folder, but you do need to know what’s going to draw them to you.

In week 3, we’ll define who you want to talk to, what really matters to them and what motivates them using my Audience Motivation Mapping tool.

Week 4: Brand Value Message and Voice Blueprint

What makes a brand captivating is how it ‘speaks’ to your audience. It’s what makes your perfect person feel that you are absolutely for them, that you are speaking directly to them and that they are seen and understood.

In week 4, we’ll apply my signature Brand Messaging Blueprint to your brand to bring to life your voice: what you should say and how you should say it.

Your Brand Aesthetic

By the end of Step 3 you will:

Be clear on the visual inspiration for your brand with your own unique Brand Mood Square

Have a professional, concise, comprehensive brief for a designer so they can create your logo and core assets

Feel confident giving a designer feedback and making design decisions

Week 5: Visual Audit & Your Ownable Vibe

There’s no question, people buy with their hearts and their eyes, and the story and the ‘feel’ that your brand aesthetic creates is so important. Not to mention a confident, beautifully presented brand creates trust, is memorable and magnetic.

In week 5, we get visual and create the ‘Brand Mood Square’ that will become the visual inspiration and foundation for your brand’s creative expression.

Week 6: Creating Your Brand Brief & Giving Feedback

A great designer can breathe life into your brand, but wow those creative geniuses can be tricky to work with sometimes. They ask tough questions and want you to make creative decisions but you’re not a designer right!? Getting the best from a designer can mean the difference between money down the drain and brand euphoria.

In week 6, we’ll bring everything together and prepare to navigate the visual brand creation process. You’ll feel confident about what you want to create, from developing a winning brand brief, to giving feedback and being a design decision making ninja.
